If you run a photography business, then you know that photography skills alone aren’t enough for success. Good marketing is one of the important aspects of business, and automotive photographer Clint Davis has made a brilliant move promoting his work. He used Lego kits to create personalized promotional mailers for his clients. Clint invested a lot of time and creativity into this project, and the end result sure shows it!

As Clint writes, he’s been sending personalized mailers to his current and prospective clients since 2010. He always has a new idea and adds a personal touch, and people seem to really like it. This year, he came up with a very playful idea: personalized Lego box mailers. He found incredibly cheap Lego boxes ($3 each) and turned them into promotional material.

Just like before, he added some personal touches to each box. Clint describes what the boxes contain, and it shows just how much effort he invested in each and every one of them: Clint assembled and sent around 70 of these mailers and he writes that the whole project set him back around $1,200 including shipping. He shared some photos with us, and here’s what these awesome mailers look like:

I must say I’m impressed. The Lego promo mailers Clint created look fantastic and his clients loved it. And how can they not? One can tell how much creativity, heart, and soul was invested in this project.
